Cupcakes for Santa!

We made these Gingerbread Latte Cupcakes as posted by Shimelle. Even though my arteries hardened just looking at the recipe they were well worth the effort. They are divine!
Mine aren't quite as elegant looking as hers and I had a few ingredient issues. I've never heard of marshmallow fluff and I'm fairly sure it's not available here, also I couldn't readily find ginger syrup or extract so my icing was really just buttercream icing with cinnamon and a bit of ground ginger. I used Roses ginger marmalade for the ginger preserves. We left one out for Santa.



He obviously approved!
