FISH N Chips

Tonight we dined on FISH and chips - as caught by our 9yo - the fish, that is, not the chips. He went out on a boat with his Grandad last night and caught 8 fish - 5 were keepers and the other three had to go back. He brought home home two nicely filleted fish - over a kilo of fresh schnapper. DELICIOUS!
