I have been collecting recipes from food blogs recently of healthier versions of tasty treats. If you're going to restrict the intake of "goodies" in the interest of a healthier life-style you might as well make the ones you do eat GOOD ones. Today I made Dreena's Double Chocolate Almond Explosion Cookies - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Such an intense rich flavour. Not an inexpensive cookie when you use maple syrup as the sweetener but worth every cent.
