Belated April Round-Up
April wasn't an especially crafty month for me though I did do lots of digiscrapping. It was birthday month at DSP so I took part in lots of fun challenges and chats.
At the beginning of the month I went to another beading workshop and made a beautiful (if I do say so myself) multistrand floating bead necklace. However, I still haven't taken a photo of it.
I did have one useful functional piece of crafting. I warn you now, this is definitely a case of "function over form". It was also made with materials on hand so it fitted "use what you have criteria" too. I made a draught excluder but not the annoying kind I grew up with that you had to scoot out of the way each time you open the door but a double tubed one that moves with the door. Not sure where I got the idea from, I have the feeling I saw one for sale somewhere.

My orangey goodness jacket is still on the needles but I only have the bands to go now, it's just they're not very interesting so there's not much incentive except that I won't start another project until they're done.
