Burgled Again & flash USB drive

Our burglars returned or someone did anyway. We were away from the
house for a bit over 3 hours today. As we pulled into the gateway dh
remarked that someone had turned round in the driveway as there were
tyre tracks. We unlocked the gate and drove down to the garage to find
one of the roller doors had been wrenched up enough at the bottom for
someone to crawl under - it was still locked, just bent and buckled,
also buckling the door frame. It was a "smash and grab" - they took a
drill, sander and scrub cutter. The scrub cutter was locked to the
garage framing so they must've broken the mounting loop on the cutter
to get it. Of course, now we have to wait for the police before we can
fix it and we now have to go through the hassle of insurance claims
and replacing the garage door. Lesson for today - locked garages are
totally insecure!

On a brighter note after washing my USB key we concluded that
ultimately it was probably going to corrode and as Bond & Bond had
them on sale this week I am now the proud owner of a new 4G!!!! USB
flash drive. Just think how much digiscrap stuff I can lug around on
that.
