Waiheke Heaven

Well, I've always been a bad blogger but I'm surprised it has been over a month since my last post. Where does the time go. Time for a catch up.

I was lucky enough to be invited to Waiheke as part of a 60th birthday present for one of my musical friends. Her hubbie whisked her away for the weekend and then invited people to visit throughout. Each time he went out to get something he came back with a new guest. By the time he went out for milk on Sunday morning she was getting a little suspicious, and rightly so, he came back with three recorder players. We stayed overnight and had a wonderful time. Lots of music playing, much food and walks along the beach in between showers of rain. It was a beautiful spot. I did a layout of my photos. I don't have pictures of all of us so I'm hoping her husband will send me copies of the ones he took.
