The week from...?

It certainly seems as if I'm heading for the week from hell. We have 2 out of 3 partners sick at work so I'll be going 6 days this week. Yesterday I did a very short day because I had an appointment for a mole excision - I have far too vivid an imagination for these minor surgeries and even though you can't really feel much I find them very stressful. Following that I went to the supermarket and proceeded to drop, and SMASH,  a bottle of V8 juice at the checkout - most embarrassing. On top of which I've entered the DET contest at DSP and find I'm seriously struggling with the round 1 assignment. I think I've come up with something satisfactory but thought I'd better clear it with the subjects of the photo first aka my parents. I've never had this much trouble with the first round before, this could be my shortest contest yet! LOL!

On Saturday we had fun at the Auckland Central Gang Show. It was great - lots of corny jokes and good old variety performance stuff. It brought back lots of memories of having been involved with shows at school - the fun, camaraderie, pranks and even hard work. All worthwhile.

Scouting NZ included my layout of mudslide day on their website too - almost published.
