School camp

Today I spent as a parent helper at "school camp". It was at Camp
Adair which brought back lots of memories from when I was at primary
school, fortunately most of the buildings have been upgraded since
then. We stayed in WWII huts!!! There is no overnight stay involved
just two individual days of activities. I was a "roamer" conveniently
in the area that my son's group was in. They started with a high rope
activity, moved on to an excessively muddy confidence course then
after lunch did "initiatives" and then another high rope activity.
None of the kids seem to be especially bothered by the heights though
the girls had some initial problems with dirt.LOL!
I took lots of photos but I'm so exhausted they're still on the
camera, I hope there are one or two decent ones. Obviously much fresh
air and sun is tiring stuff. It didn't seem overly sunny but despite
wearing SPF55 sunscreen I still seem to have slightly sunburned
cheeks.
