The 2009 Reading List

Well I wasn't very good at keeping up with my book reading list online but I did keep scrawling the names on paper so I'm now compiling the list to find out how many I did read. I'm sure it's not many compared with many people but in my defence there were some thick books in the list. :)

  1. Darkfall by Isobelle Carmody
  2. Silver Tongue by Charlie Fletcher
  3. Going Postal by Terry Pratchett
  4. Making Money by Terry Pratchett
  5. Darksong by Isobelle Carmody
  6. Witches Abroad by Terry Pratchett
  7. Otherland Vol 1: City of Golden Shadow by Tad Williams
  8. Otherland Vol 2: River of Blue Fire by Tad Williams
  9. Otherland Vol 3: Mountain of Black Glass by Tad Williams
  10. Otherland Vol 4: Sea of Silver Light by Tad Williams
  11. A Scientific Romance by Ronald Wright (dreadful, not sure why I finished it)
  12. The Alchemyst by Michael Scott
  13. The Magician by Michael Scott
  14. Digital Scrapbooking: the definitive NZ ideas book by Vinnie Pearce (mediocre)
  15. Colour Pipeline by Ted Dillard
  16. The Dragonbone Chair by Tad Williams
  17. Stone of Farewell by Tad Williams
  18. To Green Angel Tower: Siege by Tad Williams
  19. To Green Angel Tower: Storm by Tad Williams
  20. The digital photographers guide to Photoshop Plugins by Jim Zuckerman & Scott Stulberg (disappointing)
  21. Creative Digital Monochrome Effects by Joe Farace
  22. Tailchaser's song by Tad Williams
  23. How Isaac Newton Lost his Marbles by Dr J Leavesley & Dr G Biro
  24. Photoshop for Right Brainers by Al Ward
  25. Monstrous Regiment by Terry Pratchett
  26. Dragon's Kin by Anne & Todd McCaffrey
  27. A Breath of Snow & Ashes by Diana Gabaldon
  28. Shadowmarch by Tad Williams
  29. Blogging for Bliss by Tara Frey
Well now I have my answer 29 books in 2009. More than two a month which surprises me, I thought I was slower than that.
edited: to add book 27 which I'd forgotten and to "bold" the books I would recommend

Cool -- anything you particularly recommend?
